Hardware for continuous operation
For continuous operation, we check each equipment model’s manufacturer duty rating. Warranty terms depend on the selected models and contract.
Information on a shared wall
We agree which sources appear in each window and how layouts switch. Controller inputs, resolutions and access permissions determine what can be connected.
Compatibility with existing systems
We check the models, interfaces, signal formats and network access of existing CCTV, SCADA/BMS and dashboard systems before defining the connection scheme.
Ergonomics and lighting
We consider viewing distance, screen height, text size and room lighting when planning the operator workstations and information display.

What information do you need for a quotation?

Is redundancy possible?
We define backup power, controllers, signal paths or spare modules around the site’s requirements and selected equipment. The design and agreed acceptance checks determine which failure scenarios are covered.
What is included in the price?
The final quotation lists equipment, delivery and import terms, taxes, installation, setup and any additional services. We confirm the scope for your project before the contract is signed.
How are delivery and installation dates agreed?
Dates depend on equipment availability, import arrangements, room readiness and the agreed scope. We specify the schedule in the quotation and contract after checking these conditions.
What happens at handover?
We agree the acceptance checks, operator training, documentation and saved layouts for the supplied system. Warranty coverage and support arrangements are set out in the contract.
