Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the pixel pitch
Pitch depends on viewing distance. Indoors, where people stand 2–3 metres away, 1.25–1.86 mm works. Outdoors at 5–10 metres, 3–4 mm is enough.
How long does a project take
An indoor LED screen takes 3–5 weeks, a large advertising screen 6–10 weeks — including production, customs and installation.
Is there a warranty
Yes: two years on the screen, one year on mounting and commissioning. We service the whole system.
What does the price include
Delivery, installation and commissioning are always part of the quote. The contract price is final.
