We select panels for multiple rooms and agree room names, staff permissions and device management. Wall or glass mounting and network preparation can be planned before finishing work.
Panel, calendar and installation in one solution
We can propose Logitech Tap Scheduler, Yealink RoomPanel Plus E2 or other suitable equipment. Selection depends on your booking platform: Microsoft Teams, Zoom or a compatible calendar solution. We check the specific models, apps and licences, and coordinate the connection with your IT team.

For an initial quote, send the number of rooms, your calendar platform, door photos or an office plan, and your preferred schedule. If you have not selected a system, we will start with the task and propose options.

Can panels be added to an existing office?
Yes. We check the calendar platform, network and mounting positions, then select equipment and plan installation for your rooms.
Do we need a Microsoft Teams Rooms system?
No. For example, a Teams panel can operate on its own with an appropriate licence and configured room resource. We select an option for your platform and accounts.
Can we keep our corporate calendar?
Yes, when the selected panel and app support your platform. We check compatibility, permissions and licensing before supply.
Does the panel detect when nobody is in the room?
Room release can be configured using check-in rules or, in a suitable system, an occupancy sensor. We include the required workflow and equipment in the project.
